Australia Revelation Perth filmfest to screen Iran ‘Fusion’

Iranian film ‘Fusion’ has been scheduled to vie at the Revelation Perth International Film Festival, currently underway in Australia.

Directed by Ali Sharifi, the film was selected to compete at the 20th edition of the Australian event.

‘Fusion’ analyzes the world from a new philosophical point of view and narrates the creation of the world through a unique window.

The half-length film has previously grabbed award at the IndieFEST Film Awards in the US.

Following its screening in IndieFEST and Revelation film festivals, ‘Fusion’ is to take part in Amsterdam and Locarno film festivals in the Netherlands and Switzerland, respectively.

Founded in 1997, Revelation Perth International Film Festival was designed to showcase ideas ‘at point’ in contemporary independent film and find a place for them in a conservative cinema and social environment.

The 20th edition of the festival has been slated for July 6-19, 2017, in Perth, Western Australia.
